What Krug means by how hard each click is by how much does one person have to think on where to go once directed on the website. In chapter four of the book, Krug makes a valid point that the “number of clicks to get anywhere” seems like a useful metric-but it is not the number of clicks it takes to get me where I want, but rather how hard each click is. For instance, if a needed button is hard to find to the viewer, they most likely will just click off the website. Right off the bat in chapter one, Krug explains how websites should be self explanatory and easy to navigate.

What I think makes a good website based on reading Don’t Make Me Think by Steve Krug is a website that does not take a lot of clicks to get me to where I want on the site.
